Mediwaste Facility - Design Build
Tenant improvement of an existing Metal building, which currently houses medical waste
treatment facility. The project consists reconfiguration of the rehabilitating of 17,510 SF of a
warehouse facility, to accommodate a 1700-SF of new office space and upgrading and existing
240 volt electrical system to a 480 volt system. Upgrading of the existing sewer pipe to black cast
iron pipe and a 1000 gal concrete cooling box, installation of 6 inch water line to service new
office, equipment and a new fire suppression system. Construction of new concrete pits and
foundation pads to house new compactor, boiler and autoclave unit.
